Charity is a dedicated fitness professional with over 25 years of experience in helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. Her journey began with a deeply personal challenge—overcoming a significant weight issue. After losing over 100 pounds, she found her passion for fitness and made it her mission to help others transform their lives, just as she transformed her own. She understands firsthand the physical, mental, and emotional barriers to fitness and is committed to guiding her clients through every step of their journey.

Specializing in weight loss, functional fitness, and athletic conditioning, Charity has worked with hundreds of individuals, tailoring programs to meet their specific needs. Her expertise extends to designing effective fitness solutions for a variety of goals, including fat loss, pre- and post-natal fitness, improving mobility and balance, post-rehabilitation recovery, and optimizing performance for sports such as running, golf, and tennis.
