As a hybrid trainer, I know how hard it is to stay consistent with a packed schedule. In‑person sessions build strength, mobility, and motivation. Online coaching gives you the freedom to train anytime with personalized workouts, accountability, and ongoing support. Bootcamps add a fun, high‑energy group environment that pushes you further.

For long‑term success, I also offer customized meal plans with tracking to keep your nutrition on point. With proven experience and a results‑driven approach, my mission is to make fitness realistic, sustainable, and achievable—no matter how busy life gets.

I was at a point in my life that I needed to make a change and create long‑lasting habits. I had attended Charity's boot camps years ago and enjoyed those at the time, and I appreciated her coaching style. In our initial call, she made it clear that I would have to follow the plan and trust the process. The app that she uses was very easy to follow and provided my plan every day of the six weeks.


In my busy family life with two teenagers and a demanding job, I did not have much time for exercise or going to the gym. By joining Charity, I had to commit to the gym six days a week and walk 15,000 steps a day for seven days a week. I made sure to do this daily and did not miss one day. Also, I changed my eating and drinking habits.


I lost 27 pounds in six weeks, significantly improved my cholesterol numbers, and feel much better. But I want to keep this going, so I have signed on for another eight weeks with Charity. She is always there for me when I have questions and encourages me through the app. I would highly recommend Charity for the Six Week Shred and/or boot camp!!
